This upcoming weekend, 8/26 is Birch Bay Derby Day, 9:00am – 5:00pm which will have loads of fun activities! During this event there will be a parade down on Birch Bay Drive that could briefly impact the use of our lower gate. Please be mindful and use main gate on Sealinks Drive to avoid any delays.

- Parde route will start at Birch Bay Drive & Alderson Road and head North on Birch Bay Drive to Harborview Dr.
