The Sea Links Community Association Design Control Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Sea Links Community continues to be an attractive and pleasant place to live and to preserve and protect the value of the properties within the community as much as is possible.  Sea Links Community Association covenants provide that no improvements shall be made to any lot until building, landscape, or other improvement plans or specifications have been approved in writing by the Committee.

The New Construction – New Homes page provides instructions for property owners wanting to build a new house or make major construction changes (i.e. add a second floor) to existing homes.

The Improvements – Existing Homes page provides various instructions, guidelines, and forms for property owners who desire to make other improvements/changes to their homes and yards.

Property Owners having general Design Control Committee questions can contact the DCC directly through the Contact form below.

The DCC meets once a month to discuss any new inquires, as per the community bylaws all new requests will be answered within 45 days of their submittal. Please do not schedule any work on your property without taking into account the 30-45 day timeline for approval
