Sea Links at Birch Bay is governed by a set of rules that affect the kind of home that can be build as well as how a lot can be landscaped. These rules are in our Declaration of Rights, Reservations, Restrictions, and Covenants of Sea Links at Birch Bay and are designed to ensure that the Sea Links Community continues to be an attractive and pleasant place to live and to preserve and protect the value of the properties within the community.
Submission and approval of the required documents must occur prior to the start of any new construction in the Sea Links Community.
