General board meetings may be attended by any property owner or their legal representative.

Board meeting dates will be posted on the Sea Links Community Association website once confirmed. Questions about upcoming meeting dates may also be obtained by emailing the Board Secretary Sealinksboard@gmail.com (not our accountant).

Guests are welcome to attend as observers. Time will not be provided for a guest presentation if a guest only plans to observe.

Guests must contact the Sea Links Board Secretary  by email  no later than ten (10) days prior to the Board meeting if they wish to make a presentation. This will allow time to be scheduled on the agenda.

Any topic (s) to be presented, including any handouts, should be provided to the Board Secretary at the time of scheduling in order for the information to be distributed to the Board members. This will allow for electronic sharing to the BODs.

Presentations will be limited to two (2) minutes per agenda item.  A question and answer period will follow. The guest is free to leave after the question and answer period. If the guest chooses to stay for the Board deliberations, she/he will not be allowed to participate in the proceedings unless the Board has a question of the guest. Any matters of confidential nature will be discussed by the Board in Executive Session.

The Board will take any input under advisement but may not respond immediately as they proceed with the business of the Association.

The Board of directors may, from time to time, declare an Executive Session at which time all attending guests will be excused from the meeting. This can happen when the Board has an agenda item that is a personal or  sensitive legal matter.

In the event of disruptions, a guest may be asked to leave.
