The Sea Links Board of Directors recognizes that there are times when residents would like to temporarily park vehicles, trailers, portable storage units or construction dumpsters in their driveways or in front of their homes for lengths of times that are outside what is allowed in the CC&R’s Article III, Sections 17 and 21 and rule #5 of the Sea Links Rules and Regulations.
A temporary variance to the Sea Links CC&R’s and Rules may be granted by the Board through the submission of a Parking/Storage Temporary Variance Request. This form can be submitted via email or regular mail but the request must be approved PRIOR to the parking of any vehicle, trailer or container.
