For your safety and for the protection of our security gates, they may be set to remain open during inclement weather (ice and snow).
When gate operations are assessed by the Board of Directors as to be compromised, the gate(s) will also remain open until service is completed.
For security reasons, please ensure that your home and vehicle doors are locked, your garage door is closed, and your outdoor lights are on after dark.
Please arrange to have packages delivered when someone is home to accept them or have packages delivered to a relative, neighbor, or friend. We find it sad to announce that packages have been stolen from porches in the past.
