There is a new ruling regarding flying of flags in Sea Links – effective immediately. It will be written – Flags: allowable flags include Flags of National Origin ONLY. The HOA Board of Directors unanimously voted last night (March 4th, 2024) to update the rule to include Flags of National Origin (a national flag is a flag that represents and symbolizes a country) versus flying the US Flag only. This is a change to the Rules and Regulations that the Board of Directors has authority to update without Homeowners approval. More information to follow in the upcoming Newsletter.
