TRESPASSING ON OPEN SPACE
Dear Residents – This is a reminder that the open space behind many of our homes (formerly Sea Links Golf Course) is private property. Please be aware of the following Washington State Law:
RCW 9A.52.080 – Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. (1) A person is guilty of criminal trespass in the second degree if he or she knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in or upon premises of another under circumstances not constituting criminal trespass in the first degree. (2) Criminal trespass in the second degree is a misdemeanor. Criminal trespass violations can result in both fines and possible jail time.
We encourage you to respect the law and the rights of the owner of the open space. Sea Links HOA Board of Directors
