Gate Codes / Remote Controls

Entry to the Sea Links Community can be accessed by either entering a manual gate code into the box at the main entry gate, or by using a remote control device at either the main entry gate or the back entry gate. There are also codes for the pedestrian gates at both the main entrance and back gates.

GATE CODES: A user-specific gate code can be assigned to all residents. To obtain a code, submit your request using the “Contact” link below. Please provide us with at least two preferred four-digit codes (in case one is already taken). Once your request is received, you will be contacted by the HOA with instructions on how to use your code.

GATE REMOTE CONTROLS – Residents are encouraged to purchase their own remotes. They must be a 10 DIP SWITCH remote and are available  through several vendors on the internet. Once you have your remote(s), let us know by using the “Contact Us” link below and we will provide you with instructions on how to program them.
