The SEA LINKS at BIRCH BAY Design Control Committee (DCC) is responsible for
ensuring that the community continues to be an attractive and pleasant place to live
and preserving and protecting the value of the properties within the community as
much as is possible.
SEA LINKS at BIRCH BAY Community Association covenants provide that no
improvements shall be made to any lot until building, landscape, or other improvement
plans or specifications have been approved in writing by the Committee.
