Gate Codes / Remote Controls

Entry to the Sea Links Community can be accessed by either entering a manual gate code into the box at the main entry gate, or by using a remote control device at either the main entry gate or the back entry gate. There are also codes for the pedestrian gates at both the main entrance and back gates.

GATE CODES: A user-specific gate code can be assigned to all residents. To obtain a code, submit your request using the “Contact” link below. Please provide us with at least two preferred four-digit codes (in case one is already taken). Once your request is received, you will be contacted by the HOA with instructions on how to use your code.

REMOTE CONTROLS:

Self-purchased Remotes – Residents are encouraged to purchase their own remotes. They must be a 10 DIP SWITCH remote and are
available through several vendors on the internet. If you purchase your own remote(s), let us know by using the “Contact” form link below and we will provide you with instructions on how to program them.

HOA Provided Remotes – The HOA has a supply of older remote
controls available for a refundable deposit of $50 each. If you would like to rent one of the HOA remotes, submit your request using the
“Contact” link below, indicating how many remotes you want.
