As a reminder, if work is started prior to DCC approval, you will be requested to stop the work immediately. If work is completed without DCC approval, you may be requested to redo the completed work if it does not meet DCC Requirements.
All agreements between the DCC and the Owner/Contractor shall be in writing; there shall be no verbal agreements.
